📦 When will my order arrive?
After your payment is confirmed, we prepare and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Since we currently deliver within Poland only, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

🚚 Where do you ship?
At the moment, Alarut.shop delivers exclusively within Poland. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future as our store grows.

🔎 How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and tracking link via email. This allows you to check the real-time status of your shipment directly with the courier.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We support secure and commonly used payment methods available in Poland, including:

⏳ What if my delivery is delayed?
Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service issues. 🔁 Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the return procedure.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to info@alarut.shop with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
